Re:Build is experimenting with different service options to support individual clients to either find jobs or start/grow their own businesses, while managing financial risks. Initial services include:

- Apprenticeships
- Mentorship
- Skills Certification
- Savings and Loans group
- Loan Guarantee Fund
- Multipurpose Cash Assistance
At community level, we are focusing on capacity sharing with Neighborhood Development Committees, refugee-led organizations and city governments.
